About The Q

The Q StudioLab is a community of educators and artists dedicated to creating extraordinary experiences for children. Our programs encourage personal expression, deep understanding, and the connection of ideas—empowering children to problem-solve and grow as curious explorers and compassionate leaders. We create an environment where ideas flow freely and where children have abundant opportunities for creative expression.
 

At The Q StudioLab, children experience the joy of learning, the wonder of art-making, and the support of a nurturing community.

At The Q, your child will: Ponder, read books, write their thoughts (with a pencil), learn cursive (with a pen), understand that mathematics is about more than just finding the right answer, draw, paint, build, cook, sew, laugh, have recess, learn how to win and how to lose, work in small groups, be together, see each other, find purpose, play an instrument, sing, act, travel, explore the world around them, speak another language, be part of a community, know someone is on their side, go outside more than once each day, say “Yes, and…” instead of “No, but…”, ask for help, help others, have snow days, express themselves, feel their feelings, move how they want, face challenges, grow compassion, be seen, be heard, see others, hear others, use their imagination, approach technology with purpose, grow poise, stand in their own shoes, walk their own path, create their own journey, and develop tenacity, faith, hope, and resilience.
